Year 1 - Trip to Fire Station

Year 1 visited Emsworth Fire Station today as part of their topic about the Great Fire of London. They leant about modern fire equipment and compared it to what was available in 1666.  The children tried on safety clothing and clambered all over a fire engine.  Mr Dodgson answered all their questions and was impressed with their knowledge about the Great Fire of London.
